Advance bills must be given at the time of admission.
One attendant is allowed per patient. In case of serious patient, one more attendant may be allowed with prior permission from the hospital authority.
Attendants are requested not to sit on the patient’s bed.
Patient should not leave the hospital bed/ room without prior permission.
Smoking and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited in the hospital premises. Violation can impose a fine.
Maintain silence in hospital premises.
Patient and attendants should not bring their valuable things to the hospital.
Hospital authority shall not be liable and responsible for any damage or loss of cash, valuables, and other materials of patients, attendants, and visitors.
Processing of discharge normally takes 1 to 2 hours. You will be informed when the bill is ready. Payment of bills should be done at Cash Counter.
Bill payment can be done by Cash and through E- transactions i.e. Debit, Credit Cards, Gpay etc.
EMI available for Credit Card.
Ensure that you have received your discharge certificate and understood the medicine prescribed by the Doctor.
M.R. or Health Care or any Insurance policy should be done in the office during office hours.
Observe services provided by the hospital and please fill-up the FEEDBACK FORM at the time of discharge and hand it over to the Nursing Station.
